Required cleaning completed. Concession corn poppers, condiment storage cabinets and floor areas - sanitation restored. Areas of small dry storage room, corners and behind doors of access corridors have been cleaned. Ensure regular, frequent cleaning is conducted on a scheduled basis in order to maintain premise sanitation in a consistent manner. Pest proofing additions are to be implemented at main concession to exclude entrance of pests and assist in ease of maintaining premise sanitation: - pest proof employee entrance gate - swing doors to be fitted tightly when closed providing gaps no larger than 1 cm - removal of metal kick plates beneath all concession storage cabinets to allow for convenient sanitary maintenance Pest control service is to provide frequent and informative pest control reports that indicate levels of pest activity throughout premise, areas in need of additional pest proofing to exclude pest entry and identify gaps in sanitation that could promote future pest activity.
