General sanitation satisfactory. 3-compartment sink equipped with hot and cold running water. Coolers (walk in, produce display unit) noted at 4C or below. Thermometers available in coolers. Freezers (standing unit, 2 chest units) noted at -18C or below. Washroom equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. Food storage practices satisfactory. Foods are stored at least 15 cm off the floors and protected from contamination. A dilute chlorine solution can be made using 1/2 teaspoon 5.25% unscented bleach to 1 liter of water. Solution can be made fresh daily.
