Corrective Action(s): Replace cutting board to ensure that it can adequately be cleaned and disinfected. Do not use this cutting board anymore.

Observation: Gap in counter top between microwave counter and counter beside handsink in kitchen has debris build up.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and fill gap. Cover with caulking or an easy to clean material (ie. hard plastic, stainless steel). Correct within one month.

-caulking has been redone around both handsinks
-bleach bucket in kitchen at 200ppm
-sanitizing compartment in sink at 100ppm
-dishwasher sanitizing at 100ppm
-chlorine test strips have been obtained
-rice hot held at >60C
-coolers at 4C or less
-freezers at -18C or less
-some wooden spoons/spatulas have been replaced
-discussed FoodSafe certificates expiring July 2018
