- Two-compartment sink has been plumbed in. Good. Ensure to wash and rinse in first compartment, then sanitize using 100 ppm bleach solution in second compartment. Also ensure liquid soap and paper towels are available at this sink for hand washing. - Large bins that do not fit in two-compartment sink have been removed. Good. Operator has new smaller bins coming in within a week. - Correction order rescinded at this time. *Health Approval granted previously.
