Follow up inspection conducted to verify required corrective actions have been completed.
- Mouse droppings which were present on floor adjacent to ice machine have been removed/cleaned and a glue board has been placed in this area.
- Floor under cook line has been cleaned. Ensure this is frequently and thoroughly cleaned to prevent accumulation of grease or food debris.
Repair of flooring in this area remains pending. See below.
- Back hallway has been cleaned/organized with excess items removed.
- Dishwasher sanitizer level checked and concentration measured 100ppm chlorine on dish. Ensure this is checked at least daily with test strips.

Pending violation:
Code 311 - Flooring under cooking line to be repaired. Refer to routine inspection report 28-Nov-2022 for observation and required corrective action. To be completed by 15-Dec-2022.
