Follow-up Inspection conducted for report#JCHY-CDWRJ8.
All violation in report#JCHY-CDWRJ8 have been corrected.
-No large batches of food observed to be cooled under room temperature at the time inspection. Informed operator that cooling large batches of food should be done in shallow containers or with ice wand.
-Bleach sanitize bucket measured at 200ppm chlorine. Operator informed that kitchen equipment will be washed, rinsed, sanitized and air dry.
-Handwashing sink reinstated as per previous plans across the 3-compartment sink. All handwashing sink well equipped hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-All raw meats observed to be stored below ready-to-eat foods in the walk-in cooler and freezer. Walk-in cooler measured at 4C and walk-in freezer measured at -18C.
-Underneath the dry storage racks have been cleaned and sanitized from rodent droppings.
-Valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate operator on-site.
-Unfinished wood used for dry spices on the cook line have been replaced with stainless steel.

NOTE: Sink located next to the walk-in cooler is designated as mop sink area.

Any changes in the menu or physical facility require health approval prior to commencing.
