Paper based inspection report number 252790 Hand sink equipped with soap and paper towel - paper towel dispenser to be repaired - ensure hand wsh sink remains clear and easily accessible- do not store dishes in the sink dedicated for hand washing Dishwasher over 50ppm residual Cl Bleach solution in sanitizing buckets (over 100ppm) Freezer no longer being used (with gap). Replaced with large walk-in cooler Ensure logs are maintained of coolers/hot holding units
