Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishes being dried on paper towel on a cutting board. Paper towel is an absorbent surface. No drying racks present in deli area.
Corrective Action(s): Dishes should be dried on a non-absorbent surface. Paper towel was removed from under dishes at the time of the inspection. Provide suitable drying racks/area for dishes.

Observation: Juicing machine was added and was placed directly adjacent to the handwashing sink as cleaning supplies stored under handsink. Splatter from handwashing station could contaminate product or juicing machine.
Corrective Action(s): Relocate juicing machine so that it is not directly adjacent to handwashing station or cleaning supplies. Correction date: January 22/18

Observation: Dividers in three compartment sink leak into adjacent compartments. Staff have been filling sink with soapy water then draining, then filling with clean water then draining, sanitizing and refilling with sanitizer solution.
Corrective Action(s): Repair sink so that each compartment is capable of being filled to allow dishes to be washed, rinsed and sanitized. Correction date: January 22/18

General sanitation was satisfactory although some cleaning needed on shelving as some dust/grease film noted
Handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
All coolers were 4C or colder
Hot holding of rotisserie chicken and soup was >60C
Quats sanitizer (200ppm) present from dispenser at 3 compartment sink for sanitizing dishes and food contact surfaces.
*Soiled/stained cutting board present on work table adjacent to juicing machine. Store manager reported this cutting board is no longer in use and that this table was being replaced with another table. This will be verified at the follow up inspection.
