Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lack of sanitizer in spray bottles or sani-buckets to sanitize food contact surfaces and/or other high touch surfaces were observed. Operator filled sanit-buckets and spray bottles at the time of inspection. Sanitizer now is provided at each food prep table.

Routine inspection
- Hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
- All coolers are at or below 4C.
- Cooler with insert in front is at or below 4C
- Upright and chest freezers are at or below -18C
- Ice cream freezer is at or below -18C
- Customer washrooms are clean and maintained.
- Quat- Lactic acid sanitizer measured 700 ppm. Recommended 272-700 ppm.
- Chlorine level at Low-temperature Dish washer measure at 50ppm
- Ice machine is clean and maintain. Reminder: Ensure to store the ice scoop outside of the ice machine at all times.

General sanitation is satisfactory.
No obvious sign of pest at this date.
Reminder: Daily garbage is to be removed frequently so that access to the mob sink and sanitizer fill up dispensers are not hindered. ensure to Keep dishwashing area clean and organize.
Reminder: Ensure to clean and maintain staff washrooms.
