General sanitation-good. All freezers at -18 deg C or less. Small undercounter cooler (in the back room) for samples is @ 3 deg C. Digital temperature monitoring in place. Hand sink at sampling area has hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Back room has handsink & 3 comp sink. No signs of pests. Note:Front five doors freezer is empty at the time of inspection.Required service. Note: Walk-in freezer in the back area - excessive accumulation of ice and must be organized better.
