Follow up inspection conducted: Grease trap cover/area is cleaner than previously noted. Spoke to manager on site regarding getting the grease trap serviced. If staff are noticing that any liquid is bubbling up underneath the grease trap seal onto the floor, then the interceptor/trap must be serviced. Also, keep invoices/records of when the grease trap gets emptied/serviced.
