Corrective Action(s): Employee replaced sanitizer solution in all of the sanitizer pails at time of inspection. Sanitizer concentrations in all of the pails are now at/above 200ppm concentration.
*Ensure employees confirm sanitizer concentrations when filling the sanitizer pails (with test strips). The solution should appear white and foamy when being dispensed from the wall-dispenser.
