Note: this kitchen is currently not in use. It is used only for special events to temporarily store non-potentially hazardous food items brought over from Dania Home main kitchen. Dishwashing is brought back to the Dania Home kitchen as well.

Temperature controls:
> Stand up freezer: -19C
> Reach in cooler (centre): 2C
> Reach in cooler: 3C

General:
> Running hot and cold water available.
> Liquid soap and paper towels are available at hand sink.
> High temperature dishwasher must be capable of a final rinse temperature of at least 71C at the plate (82C at the manifold).
> Please ensure to turn on the dishwasher well in advance of the first wash.
> There must be an adequate sanitizing solution available when the kitchen is in use.
> No signs of pests at time of inspection.
> General sanitation is satisfactory.
