Comments

Follow up inspection to MTRG-AG2QAT
The following deficiencies were corrected during time of inspection:
- Low temperature dishwasher now dispensing 50ppm chlorine sanitizer concentration at final rinse
- Test strips available for monitoring sanitizer concentrations
- Handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels

Ensure to correct the remaining violations from MTRG- AG2QAT:
- Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19]
Observation: During time of inspection, partitions were missing for sweets display
Correction: MUST protect from contamination with either plastic food grade partitions or by covering with plastic wrap at all times

- Newspaper still used to line some shelving
Discontinue this practice. Use materials that are durable and easily cleanable to line shelving
