- No evidence of pests
- Pest control program in place
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- 12 bottles of Bleach available for use - operator demonstrated proper three compartment sink method during inspection
- Two functional sink plugs available for use observed
- Proper thawing techniques
- First In First out and date stamping methods observed in use
- Receipts available for inspection - Shellfish tags on site for 6 months. Boxes of tags found on site - EXCELLENT!
- Hair restraints in use
- Light covers in place
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
