-Handsinks supplied with hot + cold water, liquid soap + paper towel
-Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4 deg. C or colder):
-Walk-in cooler 2 deg. C
-Line cooler 4 deg. C
-Small undercounter cooler 2 deg. C
-Pepsi display cooler 4 deg. C
-Thermometers present in coolers for temperature monitoring
-Quats sanitizer solution was present in the warewashing sink. Concentration measured 200 ppm.
-Quats sanitizer solution was present in a spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces

-No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection. Pest control contract in place with monthly service. Most recent report (June 5/19) viewed at time of inspection
