Followup inspection to Rpt #VCHN - D2NSN2: All food in the walk in cooler adequately covered to protect from contamination. Light covers have been purchased and are to be installed today. Cleaning underneath and behind cooking line complete. Reminder to clean this area on a regular basis. Preparation cooler lower section at 0-1 degrees C. Inserts at or below 4 degrees C.
