Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer at the three-compartment sink measured at 50ppm Quats.
Corrective Action(s): Low concentration of sanitizer will not be able to effectively sanitize equipment, utensils, and food contact surfaces. Staff remade the sanitizer to meet the 200ppm Quats.

-Third hot holding unit was not being used.
-No signs of pests observed.
