Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations, including washroom, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below. All freezer units were at -18.0C or below. Wheatgrass noted in good condition. Proper dispensers were in-use for dispensing food and stored in a manner where the handles do not come into contact with food. Dipper well was running for in-use utensils. Interior of the ice machine noted sanitary. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner in a large white bucket. Sanitizer containers and the sanitize basin of 3-compartment sink were noted with 400 PPM QUAT. Drain plugs were available and 3-compartment sink were used appropriately for manual warewashing. Excellent sanitary condition noted at the facility. No signs of pest activities observed during the inspection.
