Report of Findings
On January 13, 2020, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns related to the physical facility.

The allegation included the following details:

- Damage was not repaired in a timely manner

All areas of the complaint were fully investigation. Evidence was received and reviewed from records, policies and procedures, the complainant and from the Licensee.

The following contravention was determined:

Residential Care Regulation s.22(1)(b) A licensee must ensure that all rooms and common areas are maintained in a good state of repair.

Observation: An occupied bedroom window that was reported as damaged in December of 2020 fell out of it's frame to the ground below on January 12, 2021.
