Follow up inspection:
-Leak at the handsink was repaired.
-Handsink was supplied adequately with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the spray bottle.
-Meat grinder was used half an hour ago according to the Operator. Disassemble, wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry it at least every 4 hours between use and after final operation.
