***Dishwasher temp reaches 71oC at plate after two runs- ensure dishwasher temp is high enough ( at least 71 oC at plate) before running dishware
*** Remove disposable utensils from under sink in the front or protect them by storing in a closed bin.
*** Facility lacks enough sinks- two hand washing sink and a two compartment sink with dishwasher- no food prep sink

Violation ticket will be on hold.

Due to Covid no signature is obtained, discussed all noted issues with the owner and provided a copy at the time of visit.
