- General sanitation is good.
- The handwashing station was supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Four walk in coolers < or = 4C.
- One walk in cooler was measured at 28C for storing mangos only at the time of the inspection. The operator stated that this cooler is used for seasonal fruits and is intentional set at 28C for storing fruits only.
- Two walk in freezers < or = -18C.
- Temperature log available on site. Temperature is monitored both electronically and manually.
- No signs of pest activity. Weekly pest control reports showed traps are monitored but showed no new activity.
- All foods stored min 6 inches of the floor on wooden pallets.
- Delivery gates fully seal to the ground. No gaps observed.
