Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food debirs observed on the meat slicer. It was not maintained in a sanitary condition.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the meat slicer. Meat slicer must be cleaned and sanitized after each use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hard surface sanitizer not available on site. sanitizer from the spray bottles and 3 compartment sink measured at 0 ppm bleach solution.
Corrective Action(s): Instructed the operator to refill the bottles and sink with 100-200 ppm bleach sanitizer. Dilute 1 teaspoon of bleach with 1 liter of water. Ensure approved food surface sanitizer is available at all time during operation.
