- Procedures in place to prevent cross-contamination of different meats.
- All products stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- All products wrapped and protected from contamination.
- Plastic strips for all coolers and freezers are clean.
- All door seals for cooler and freezers clean.
- All bay doors closed and adequately sealed at the time of inspection.
- Pest control in place (Axiom Pest Management Inc). Operator provided copy of last pest control report.
- No indication of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- Handwashing stations fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- "R2L" sanitizer (QUATS) available. Manufacturer instructions followed for using the sanitizer.
- Floors of coolers and freezers swept everyday.
