Routine inspection:
- Walk-in cooler not in use at this location. This plant only process live order.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot / cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 72C at the plate level during the final rinse cycle.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium available from the dispenser.
- Equipment washed and sanitized at the end of each shift.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Reports available for review.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
