Comments

-Recommend more frequent deliveries due to a large amount of dry food being stored in the kitchen. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. Test daily. No evidence of pests. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Bleach was at 100 ppm. General sanitation was satisfactory.
