Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-ASWQLQ:

- Sanitation plan has been updated that includes the cleaning/sanitizing of the bulk dispensers/cabinets.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Drain plug and chlorine solution at 100ppm available. Please follow the proper manual dishwashing steps:
1) Wash
2) Rinse
3) Sanitize at 100ppm chlorine solution.
- The operator stated that the scoops are sanitized daily and cabinets monthly.
