Aisles maintained in sanitary condition and organized. Bulk food station have hand sanitizer present. Recommend placement of signage informing customers to sanitizer hands prior to touching scoops. Coolers/Bunkers at 4C or below. Freezer/Bunkers at or below -18C. Food stored off the floor. General sanitation and maintenance of premises is satisfactory. Employee hair covered and in uniform. Orkin Pest Control company completes visits every 2 weeks. Note: A light bulb is out in main walk-in freezer. Ensure this is replaced.
