Follow up inspection to the report JGUU-CLQR9V conducted: Observed a brand new commercial dual high temp/low temp dishwasher (Stero SU series). Dishwasher has not been fully installed yet. Spoke to the technician over the phone with the operator. Plans in place to finalize the installation. Operator to contact the district health inspector once the installation is completed. Continue to use single use containers only for your operation.
