Observation: 1.Double stacking of pre cut veggies in take out containers in cooler.
2. Cut onions stored in cardboard box
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is protected from contamination:
1. Cover all food before stacking other items on top of food (lid, cover). Bottom of a bowl/container is not clean, so do not stack directly on food.
2. Any cut / processed foods must be stored in food grade, cleanable container. Clean cardboard is acceptable to stored whole fruits and veggies during transport and storage. Re-located into clean hard plastic food grade container.

1. Around cooler fan cover in walk in cooler - black debris/ dust
2. Commercial vent hood - Next service sticker "Nov 2018". Removable panels are noticeably cleaned daily.
3. Hard to reach areas around built up boxes, bags and extra items.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the above areas are cleaned and commercial hood is professionally serviced.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment and utensils in kitchen are in good working condition. If damaged could be physical hazard if broken parts fall in to food. Replace / discard damaged equipment.

Manual dishwashing with high heat sanitizing dishwasher noted at 80 C
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection - pest control provided by Action PC. Onsite every 3 months. Back screen door in use and appears satisfactory.
General sanitation has improved since previous inspections. Continued attention needed to ensure excess paper goods (cardboard boxes) and recyclable containers do not accumulate.
