Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection: All cooler units less than or equal to 4C and equipped with thermometer Walk-in freezer at -18C. Hot holding at 60C. Hand washing stations satisfactory. 3 compartment sink satisfactory. Quats dispenser at 200ppm. Quats stored in spray bottle also available in front service area. Temperature logs maintained. Cooking temperatures and food storage display time recorded for all products. No pest activity noted. General sanitation satisfactory.
