Permit to operate was posted.
Handsink in the kitchen and staff washroom were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Walk-in-cooler was at 2.5 degrees C (4 degrees C or less).
Other coolers were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
Hot-held food was at or above 60 degrees C. Hot-holding units were also at or above 60 degrees C.
No signs of recent pest activity was evident at the time of inspection.
Dishwasher final rinse chlorine sanitizer residual at the plate was at 50 ppm. Chlorine test strips were available on-site and dishwasher log was in place.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available inside the bucket with wiping cloths.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside the labelled spray bottle.
Ice machine was in a clean condition and the scoop was stored separately.
Ventilation hood was in a clean condition.
Only single-service utensils were being used.
Baseboard along the floor to wall junction behind the prep. table near the back door had been sealed again.
Chef Manager had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 training at the time of the inspection.
