Both under the counter coolers at or below 4 degrees C. Under the counter cooler for beverages at or below 4 degrees C. Decorating area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. 200ppm quats also available for use. Warewashing area 3 compartment sink available for use. 200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispensing station. Production line hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Production equipment cleaned and sanitized after each run. Storage area walk in cooler at or below 4 degrees C. Walk in freezer currently not in use for the storage of frozen food products. All food products stored off the floor in the storage area. Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
