-Walk-in cooler was at 4C. -Sandwich display cooler was at 4C. -Dairy cooler was at 2C. -Upright freezer was at -16C. -Chest freezer as at -18C. -Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink in the back room. -Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm. -Random selection of foods were within the best before dates and in good condition. -General food storage good at the time of inspection.
