307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19]

Corrective Action(s): The plastic sheet must be thrown away at the end of the night, and a new sheet installed in the morning. If you do not want to replace the sheet every day, then discontinue using the plastic sheet and wash the walls daily.
Violation Score: 3

312 - Items not required for food premises operation being stored on the premises [s. 18]
Observation: There are a large number of food containers and cardboard boxes, and there are personal items present in the premises. This is creating clutter where pests can harbor and breed, and it is difficult to clean.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all personal items that do not relate to the daily operation of the business. Recycle items more frequently (twice a week) to decrease the clutter.
