Observation: The duct tape on floor, indoor play structure and furniture in infants and toddlers room was old and starting to peel away from some parts and same duct tape was used for transition from floor to carpet area. Although, the manager stated that it is cleaned and sanitized with bleach solution regularly, it is not sufficient to sanitize duct tape surface.
