Observation: Quats sanitizer in spray bottle is at 0ppm (using test strip). Quats automatically dispensed into bucket at 0ppm and chemical container is empty (no chemical in plastic line).
Corrective Action(s): New chemical container was provided during inspection and after line cleared of air gaps, 100ppm quats detected with test strips. Immediately check directions on chemical bottle label and adjust concentration if required (such as 200ppm if on label).
Provide test strips to verify the concentration daily and instruct staff on how to make sure the concentration is as required. This is a repeat violation.

Observation: Monitoring traps empty. Cleaning requires improvement as dirt on the floor makes it difficult to monitor for pest activity.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to clean, keep food protected, monitor for pests, follow directions from licensed pest control company, and seal holes where pests may enter. Provide a copy of your latest pest control report to Fraser Health.

Observation: Clutter in dry storage area (and furnace room) make it difficult to monitor for pests and to clean.
