-Follow-up inspection to May 3, 2018.
-Cutting board surface by the pizza oven has been replaced. Surface is smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. Once cutting surface begins to wear away, exposing unfinished wood, it must be replaced.
-Vegetable cutter was found to be clean and sanitary at the time of inspection.
-Operator has glued the walk-in cooler door seal to allow for a tight fit. Operator has also ordered a new door seal.
-Bleach sanitizer pail was properly labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Bleach sanitizer was prepared in the 3-compartment sink and was tested at 100ppm.
-Good hand hygiene practices observed by staff member working at the time of inspection.
