Summary of Inspection:
At the inspection dated February 1, 2023, there were 3 children in care with the Licensee.
At this inspection no contraventions were identified.
The following discussions were had:
Covid-19 vaccine status for staff
Good documentation in the minor incident log. Discussion with the Licensee to ensure 5 w's (who, what, where, when, why and how) are captured when documenting.

As part of this Routine Inspection, a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy was provided to the facility along with this report. The Risk Assessment includes any non-compliance identified during the routine inspection and a 3 year ‘historical’ review of the facility’s compliance and operation and is used to determine inspection frequency.
