-Hand wash sink stocked with soap and paper towel ( hot and cold water)
-Temp of coolers and freezers are satisfactory (< 4 oC ,and < -18 oC respectively)
-Sanitizer in spray bottle >100 ppm
-Wiping rags are stored in bucket of sanitizer
-General sanitation is satisfactory
-Meat slicer was in use at time of visit.

** Discussed proper defrosting for meat products ( in cooler in advance, or under cold running water in the food prep sink ( in package and in clean pot))
** Continue monitoring for pest activity. Clean and sanitize all surfaces before closing and upon opening for preparation.
