General: Pop coolers X3: <4C Coolers on aisle 5: 1-3C Ice cream freezer: -27C Milk cooler in warehouse: 4C *some cleaning on the bottom this cooler is needed Infant formula products are all within expiry date All food products are stored off the ground with extra crates underneath; adequate lighting No apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection (no activity observed where there was recent catch in electrical room) ->In the event food contact surfaces are affected in the future, apply 100ppm bleach sanitizer to the surface (1 tsp bleach to 1 litre water) Public washrooms has soap, hot and cold running water and both air dryers are operational General sanitation is satisfactory *Please seek Health Approval if there are plans to relocate the store in the future. Floor plans must be approved prior to renovation. Status quo for now.
