Corrective Action(s): Clean up the droppings using appropriate cleaners and sanitizers. Submit the latest five pest control summary reports to the health inspector.

- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- Operating Permit posted with a valid decal. Do not block the permit.
-Washrooms appear to be in sanitary condition. Handwashing stations fully stocked.
