Reference NCR report # F232308. - Discussed temperature records. If temperatures for carts are outside of critical limits, ensure that corrective action is noted (eg. informed supervisor, re-checked temperature, served within 2 hours, etc.). - Note: walk-in coolers and freezers are alarmed and on back up power if needed - good. - Handwashing stations have liquid soap, paper towels, and warm water (hands-free). - quats sanitizer is used. - Fridges are at correct temperatures (4 C or colder). - Dishwasher has a hot water sanitizing rinse. - Manual hot water sanitizing rinse - OK today. - Pest control monitoring is in place - re-set traps. No evidence of pests.
