-Cleaning detailed in previous routine inspection report has been completed. Manager reported cleaning company has been hired to thoroughly clean floors monthly. Ongoing attention and adherence to sanitation procedures will be needed to ensure premises is maintained at this level of sanitation. -Wiping cloths stored in quats sanitizer solution (200ppm) -Beans being cooled at the time of the inspection. Ice wand in use and ice added to product to cool more rapidly. Ensure time/temperature is being monitored.
