-Follow-up inspection to Nov 16, 2017. -Dried food items which could not be identified were from the previous owner. Items are to be discarded and removed from the facility since the source of the items cannot be identified. All items sold in the premise must be from approved sources. -Reviewed with operator proper disassembly of deli slicer for cleaning and sanitizing. -Front display coolers were not on defrost mode at the time of inspection and were at 4C. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
