Corrective Action(s): Hot water is not reaching this section of the establishment. Hot water tank to be installed close to the hand sink. Discussed setting up all other sinks with liquid soap and paper towel dispensers. Use other sinks for hand washing until the main hand washing sink is repaired. Correct immediately. Violation Score: 15

Follow-up to inspection report PKUR-CUJSDF Line cooler bottom section is 4 C or below. Top section is covered and not in use to keep the bottom cold. Continue keeping top section covered until cooler has been serviced and an ambient air temperature of 4 C can be maintained throughout. A separate cooler is being used for sauces - registered at 4 C or below. Second line cooler is still not in use and has not been serviced yet. Operator will be replacing this cooler. Surface sanitizer in spray bottles registered at 200 ppm for quats. 3 compartment sink has been serviced.
