306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Overall premise is pretty clean however the following need attention: 1) Ice scoop is stored in a dirty container. Scoop and container were put through dishwasher at time of inspection. 2) Walk in fridge and freezer doors require a good cleaning, especially around door handle areas. 3) Ice machine area is cluttered with old equipment and dirty. Premise is overall pretty clean. No sign of pests. Proper cooling observed. Dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine in final rinse. Glasswasher had 100 ppm chlorine in final rinse. Hand sink is stocked and working. Fridges are <4 Celsius.
