-Hand-washing basins are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels - Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius - Quaternary-ammonium food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at 200ppm concentration - Chemical-sanitizing dishwasher providing ≥50ppm chlorine residual during rinse cycle - Overall sanitation is satisfactory -No sign of pests noted -Foods are properly stored and labelled ** Noted clean aprons are stored in staff washroom: Do not store clean apron in washroom it is not hygienic- it is corrected at time of visit. **Log sheet is maintained however it lacks sanitizer level monitoring record for dishwashing machine: ensure to check sanitizer level for the dishwashing machine on a daily basis and add it to the log sheet- send a copy of log sheet with added dishwasher to the area inspector via email : fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca by April 26-2022. Note: Signature of recipient on report not required at this time due to Covid19 safety protocols.
