Comments

Hand sinks equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Quats (sanitizer) measured 200 ppm. Bleach spray was at 100 ppm. Walk-in cooler was at 1-3 deg C. Line coolers and display coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Freezers were at or below -18 deg C. Temperature log was available and up to date. Staff hygiene - clean uniforms and hair restraint. Washrooms and janitorial mop sink in sanitary condition. Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C. Back area was clean and organized. Food protected from contamination (off the floor). No signs of pests noted. Pest control monitoring in place. Overall premises was well maintained.
